On tuesday, april 11, 2006, henrico police responded to 2420 williams street for a reported shooting. Officers arrived and located the victim, a deceased white male, seated in the driver's seat of a grey 2006 nissan sentra. The victim was transported to the medical examiner's office for further examination and identification. The victim was identified as herbert william fleming, iii. The medical examiner determined the cause of death to be from a gunshot wound.Agency
