On 2-29-2016 at approximately 11:59 pm, cpd officers were called to 2475 s. Hamilton road on the report of a man lying in the chase bank parking lot. Upon arrival, the officers found the victim, later identified as 25yr old emmanuel osei, critically injured from an apparent gunshot wound. Cfd medic 14 was summoned to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased at 12:15 am.Agency
