Shortly after midnight on november 29, 2002 jermaine johnson was standing with a group of males in the 3400 block of maury street. A small car pulled into a lot not far from where the group was standing and the occupants of that car fired at them. Jermaine johnson was shot in his right shoulder and his left lower leg. Two other men in that group were also shot and wounded. The assailants then fled the area in their vehicle. Physical evidence from the scene indicates that more than one suspect fired at the victims.Agency
