On thursday, february 2, 2012 at approximately 5:00 a.M. The victim alton eugene oakland jr. Was found inside a dumpster at 4802 n. 15th avenue. Detectives determined that this was a homicide. The victim has the listed tattoos – a dragon on right side of chest, a hog on right upper arm and a double headed snake on right side of his back. Detectives need assistance locating a suspect.
