On june 4, 2013 at 4:40 a.M. Officers responded to poppy st. And osceola st. To a victim lying in the street. He was pronounced deceased due to multiple gunshot wounds and transported to the hospital. Witnesses reported hearing multiple gunshots. Several people were with mr. Miller earlier in the evening of june 3rd. Just prior to the shooting, mr. Miller was seen at a convenience store on s. Monroe st.
