At approximately 2am the syracuse police responded to university hospital after being notified that several individuals arrived with stab wounds. Tramarra harrell was amongst those injured and died shortly thereafter. The investigation revealed harrell was in attendance at the wet spot, a bar formerly located at 950 spencer street, when a large disturbance erupted with several people fighting.Agency
