Richmond police detectives have identified the victim in saturday’s homicide on st. Paul street as grayson babbs, a male in his 20’s. Saturday at approximately 2:11 a.M., richmond police department officers were called to the 900 block of st. Paul street for the report of a person shot. Officers arrived and found an adult male on the sidewalk, down and unresponsive, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
