Sometime during the evening of march 9, 1979 between 8:00 p.M. And 4:00 a.M., unknown person or persons entered the residence of laurie gay hesselink and murdered her by use of ligature. Her door was observed to be open by a friend who was walking by the apartment and looked inside. Laurie's body was observed lying on the floor. Laurie lived alone and was 21 years old at the time of her death.Agency
