Was obviously injured and in distress and was transported to the hospital. Mr. Cann sr. Was eventually transferred to a va hospital in the new orleans area, as he was a veteran of the united states military. Herbert dodson cann sr. Died from his injuries on friday, august 10, 1979. Investigation found that herbert dodson cann sr. Was a victim of violence and the apparent victim of murder.
