On monday, april 29, 2019 at 7:30 a.M., the suspect used a chain with a padlock at the end to strike the victim several times on the head. The suspect then used a tree branch to strike the victim on the head additional times. The victim suffered severe head trauma from the incident and did not survive his injuries. Investigators are seeking any information in regard to this incident
