On september 22nd, 2012 at 1:30am james jackson and other subjects were standing next to parked cars in the street of the 1900 block of n. 32nd st. Three armed suspects approached jackson and the other subjects from the yards wearing pullover sweatshirts with hoods that were drawn tight around their faces. Witnesses says the suspects ordered all the people to the ground and began firing toward the group. Jackson and another male subject were shot. Jackson died of his injuries.
