On march 9, 2018, at approximately 2110 hours, officers were dispatched to a shots fired call. Responding officers located montiero lying on the side of the road face down in the grass. Montiero had been struck multiple times by gunfire. Montiero was pronounced deceased at the hospital at 2230 hours. Several witnesses observed a grey or silver suv driving on delaware towards shell road directly after the shooting.Agency
