On october 10, 2017, at approximately 0338 hours, officers were dispatched to a shots fired call in the area of shell road and gary road. Officers located fox in the middle of the street suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. Fox was pronounced deceased by medics at approximately 0347 hours. Witnesses advised several women were arguing around the time the shots were heard.Agency
