On october 17, 2024 at 6:30 pm rpd officers were on patrol and heard gunshots in the area of lyell ave. & whitney st. Officers found 41-year-old chaz green lying in the street with multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the hospital and ultimately died from his injuries on 1/14/24. The investigators learned that green drove to whitney st. With another individual and got out of the car to speak to a 3rd person when he was shot multiple times. The shooting appears to have been the result of a dispute with a known individual. People know who the killer is and investigators need their assistance to close this case.Agency
