Description: POLICE ASSISTED A RESIDENT AT 511 NORTH AVENUE AFTER A MAN AT THE APARTMENT BUILDING REPORTED ANOTHER MAN THREATENED TO PUNCH HIM. ANOTHER CALL WAS RECEIVED WHEN THE MAN WAS THREATENED WHEN HE WENT TO GET HIS MAIL. POLICE ADDRESSED A GROUP OF RESIDENTS IN THE APARTMENT LOBBY WHO WERE VERY LOUD.
