On friday, november 27, 2020, at 5:40pm, columbus police officers were called to the 1937 e. Livingston ave. On a report of a shooting. On arrival, officers found 28yr old cortez townsend, suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. Cfd medic 15 responded to the scene and transported mr. Townsend to grant medical center in critical condition where he was pronounced deceased by attending physicians at 6:16pm. The investigation revealed that mr. Townsend was standing outside the business at 1937 e. Livingston ave. When he was shot. After being shot, mr. Townsend stumbled into the business where he collapsed.Agency
