On the afternoon of september 12th, 1975, the victim, william fisher was discovered, unresponsive, in the second story apartment at 697 dewey ave. The victim was face down and had been shot to death. Rochester police detectives conducted a large number of interviews of persons associated with the victim but, unfortunately, this case remains unsolved at this time.
