On sunday, june 14, 1997 at approximately 4:40 am, mr. Hill was traveling in an automobile with friends westbound on w. North avenue. He had just left some friends, after celebrating his birthday. While traveling on w. North avenue at approximately n. 39th st., mr. Hill observed two victims, whom he believed to be pastors, being robbed in the middle of the street by two suspects. He attempted to stop this robbery and was shot in the head by one of two actors who fled the scene on foot.Agency
