On september 18, 2001 at approximately 2:27 pm officers responded to the rear parking lot of an apartment complex located at 2206 onondaga creek blvd. Regarding a report of a suspicious vehicle. The vehicle, belonging to victim yousef mohamed, was found unoccupied. Officers soon found mohamed nearby and determined he had been shot to death.Agency
