On february 1, 2005, a traffic unit came across an accident at nebraska & city park. The driver, 41-year old toledo resident brian hoskins, was unconscious and a life squad was ordered. Fire personnel were conducting a check of mr. Hoskins when they discovered that he had been shot in the chest. The victim was transported to st. Vincent's medical center where he later expired. It appears the victim was shot at another location and was fleeing the scene when he passed out and struck a parked car.Agency
