Description: DISORDERLY CONDUCT. CALLER ADVISED MALE AND FEMALE ARGUING IN FRONT OF LISTED LOCATION, THERE WAS MENTION OF A KNIFE/BROTHERTON[S252 00:57:46]: OFFICERS SPOKE WITH THE AZARIA, WHO SAID THE MALE AND FEMALE WERE ARGUING ABOUT THEIR RELATIONSHIP. AZARIA HEARD A MENTION OF A KNIFE BUT DID NOT HEAR ANY THREATS AND SAID SHE DID NOT WITNESS ANYTHING PHYSICAL. AZARIA SAID AS OFFICERS ARRIVED, THE UNKNOWN FEMALE WAS HIDING BEHIND A BUILDING, WAITED FOR OFFICERS TO WALK AWAY AND THEN FLED THE AREA. OFFICERS CONTACTED THE MALE, WHO DENIED BEING INVOLVED AND STATED IT WAS TWO OTHER INDIVIDUALS ABOUT 20 MINUTES PRIOR TO OFFICERS ARRIVAL. THE AREA WAS CHECKED FOR THE FEMALE BUT WAS MET WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS.

On thursday, october 18, 2001, at approximately 8 p.M. Witnesses state that regina hicks left her boyfriends residence driving her white camero, to retrieve her son, at another location. Witnesses at the retrieval residence stated regina hicks never arrived to pick up her son. On monday, october 22, 2001, regina's white camero was located in a pond at sectionline 30.
