On february 22, 1991, aurora police responded to a suspicious person call near a home on the 1700 block of ceylon street. Upon arrival police found the victim suffering from a lacerated throat. The victim was taken to the hospital, where he was put on life support, but later died from his injuries on march 2, 1991.David jones was only 31 years old when he died. After graduating from aurora central high school in 1978, he got married and had two children. David was a family man. He was always documenting events, holidays, and important milestones in his children’s lives with his video camera. He loved video games, his 1978 kawasaki 1000 motorcycle, and working on cars with his buddies.
