On april 2, 1996 at about 10:00 in the evening officers received a call for a person shot in front of the pay phone at 699 n. Clinton ave. Upon arrival officers found hector correa jr. Suffering from gunshot wounds. He was rushed to the hospital where he died shortly after arrival. Witnesses report seeing a male running away from the scene down oakman st. Investigators believe this was a targeted attack and not a random shooting.Agency
