On september 16, 1990 at 0230 hours the victim and his brother arrived home and was approached by a white male. The victim's brother went inside the residence, the victim and the subject continued talking in the driveway. A few minutes later gunshots were heard. The victim's brother ran outside and discoverd the victim deceased lying next to his vehicle. The victim was shot and died from a gunshot wound.Agency
