On wednesday, july 25, 2012 at approximately 11:00 pm, mesa police responded to 1142 n. April #a in reference to a report of shots fired. When officers arrived they found david “reeko” cruz dead in his residence. Three black males were seen fleeing the area in a dark colored sedan.
