On june 1, 2019, scott james perkins was found unconscious on a property located 1t 790 west 17th street, ogden, utah. It appeared scott had been assaulted and was transported to the hospital where on 6/10/2019, he died of his injuries. The medical examiner determined that scott died of injuries after being assaulted by another person. The manner of death was determined to be homicide. Investigators have followed leads in this investigation but have not identified the person (s) responsible for causing scott’s death.Agency
