Officers from the denver police department responded to the area of east 24th avenue and downing street on a report of a shooting. Upon arrival, two victims were located and both were transported to a local hospital. One of the victims survived. Unfortunately, victim ray desmond died shortly after arrival as a result of the gunshot wounds he sustained. The suspect(s) responsible for the murder of ray desmond have yet to be identified.
