At 12:53 am on september 25, 2022, patrol officers responded to a reported shooting in the 1200 block of e. 18th av. Upon arrival, the officers located the victim, 21yr old gavin osborne, who was suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at 1:02 am by columbus fire medics.
