On 06/07/2017 at 2153 hours, richmond police units responded to the 3600 block of decatur street for a shooting. Police units arrived on scene at 2156 hours and located two male victims down in front of 3604 decatur street. Both victims appeared to have suffered gunshot wounds. Raa unit 586 responded and paramedic shawn mease pronounced the victims deceased at 2156 hours.Agency
