On february 6, 2006 at approximately 7:36 a.M., anne arundel county police responded to an open area in the 1800 block of long leaf way, severn, maryland for a report of a deceased male. Officers located twenty-five year old jonathan edward proctor suffering from trauma to the body where he was pronounced deceased at the scene. Detectives learned mr. Proctor resided in baltimore city but was in the area of the 8200 block of coatesbridge court, severn, maryland visiting as friend. A witness last reported seeing mr. Proctor at approximately 3:00 a.M. Walking down stillmeadows drive. Mr. Proctor suffered trauma throughout his body with the manner being homicide.
