On saturday, april 22, 2017 at approximately 8:38pm., james willy brown was shot and killed while standing in the backyard of a house in the area of 1500 west fillmore street. Three hispanic males on bicycle were seen riding into the alley between fillmore street and taylor street. Gunshots were heard about 30 seconds later and the same hispanic males were seen leaving the alley onto 15th avenue.Agency
