On the morning of july 14, 2019, robert joey moran left his residence in pass christian, ms in a 2014 chevrolet malibu, owned by his friend. He did not have his identification or cellphone in his possession. On july 16, 2019, the vehicle was found on the side of I-10 in hancock county, ms near the 8 mile marker. Moran was last seen wearing a salmon colored fishing style shirt with khaki shorts and bare feet. He was 47 years old at the time of his disappearance. Moran is a caucasian male with brown hair, green eyes, a height of 5'9", and a weight of 170-200 lbs. He has a scar on his left ear, a tribal tattoo on his lower back, and a tattoo of "M" that is green in color on his right upper shoulder. His case is being investigated by the harrison county sheriff's office.Agency
