On november 15, 2001 at approximately 10:30 pm, the victim was observed parked in front of 3021 n. 27th st. In his custom chevy monte carlo talking to an unidentified female, a short time later a shot was fired and the victim drove s/b on n. 27th st. Eventually crashing into oncoming traffic in the 2900 block of n. 27th st. The victim died on the scene as a result of the gun shot. Kenneth was 23 years old.Agency
