On november 27th, 2012 at 10:23 pm, officers were called to 444 tremont street where they found jamaar washington dead in the foyer at the front of the house. Investigators learned that jamaar was in an upstairs bedroom with his girlfriend and heard a knock at the door. When he opened the door, there was a brief argument and fight at the door, then a single gunshot. Jamaar was pronounced dead at the scene.Agency
