On february 21st, 2005 at 1:45 pm, the victim, donna cooke, was found deceased in lake thonotosassa. The victim suffered trauma to the upper body. The victim was last seen alive on february 21st, 2005 at 12:30 pm at the intersection of 47th avenue and 10th street, within the city of tampa.
