At approximately 5:15 a.M., south precinct officers were dispatched to a person shot call at 115 walter davis drive, which is the business insta movers.Officers arrived at the business and then observed the victim lying unresponsive in a warehouse bay suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.Responding patrol officers rendered emergency aid to the victim.Birmingham fire and rescue personnel arrived on the scene and then transported the victim to uab hospital with life-threatening injuries.The jefferson county coroner’s office notified our dispatcher the victim succumbed to his injuries at uab hospital.The preliminary investigation suggests an unknown suspect(s) approached the victim at the business and fired shots at him.
