On wednesday, october 11, 2006, at 11:27 pm, virginia beach police emergency dispatchers received a call from virginia wesleyan college requesting emergency medical personnel and police respond for an injured security guard. Police and paramedics arrived on scene to find walter (“wally”) zakrzewski deceased. He was on duty at the time of this death. Mr. Zakrzewski was transported to the state medical examiner’s office for autopsy. His death was determined to be a homicide. Wally was a 57 year old white male who had white hair, hazel eyes, 5’ 8’’ tall weighing 179 pounds.Agency
