Richard “dick” root was the owner/manager of the eaton county credit bureau, in charlotte, mi. Mr. Root had previously worked at other credit bureaus in other michigan cities. He enjoyed business dinners with colleagues at various local social clubs. Richard had three children and was married at the time of his death.Agency
