On January 16, 1988, At Approximately 2:30 P.M., Victim Cecelia K. Barrett Was Found By Local Hunters In The Forest Land Inside Tunnel Canyon Off South Highway 14. The Victim Was Found Fully Clothed Lying Under A Tree In A Very Isolated Area. There Were Obvious Signs Of Trauma To Her Neck Caused By Strangulation. Cecelia Barrett Was 55 Years Old At The Time Of Her Murder.
