At approximately 11:45 p.M., january 23, 2000, lvmpd patrol officers responded to a 9-1-1 call regarding the victim lying on the sidewalk at edmund st. And el parque ave. When patrol officer arrived they discovered ryan with an obvious gunshot wound to the chest. Ryan was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation determined that ryan was riding a bicycle through the area when he encountered the suspect(s). The reason behind the shooting is still unknown.Agency
