The greater kc crime stoppers tips hotline and the kansas city, missouri police department are asking for the support of the public by providing any information known in regard to the june 4, 2015 homicide of brian jacobs at 6125 walrond. Over five years ago, kcfd personnel responded to a car fire and discovered a honda cr-v burning in the backyard of the residence at 6125 walrond. Upon extinguishing the fire, the body of mr. Jacobs was discovered on the rear floor board of the vehicle. Bomb and arson detectives determined the fire had been deliberately set and in addition to being badly burned, mr. Jacobs had been shot.
