The greater kansas city crime stoppers tips hotline and kansas city, kansas police department are requesting information regarding the july 2, 2011 homicide of frank delano locklear at 800 miami in kansas city, kansas. Mr. Locklear was burned over 97% of his body apparently as a result of a confrontation involving two suspects and died later that evening. A supplemental reward contribution has been made by the sisters of the victim, mrs. Debbie cain and mrs. Therese kohlmeyer, in the amount of $500.00 bringing the total possible reward up to $1,500.00 for information leading to an arrest and/or charges in the case.
