On the night of saturday, march 11, 1989, ramon aguilar had arrived to work at the odell mikel trucking and storage company. Mr. Aguilar was a security guard working as the night watchman for this company. Employees interviewed stated that two of them had left between 9:45 and 10:00 pm this same night. These two employees reported last seeing mr. Aguilar in the office prior to them leaving. In the morning of sunday, march 12, 1989, employees arriving for work did not see mr. Aguilar or his truck. However, they noticed blood near the office. An immediate search throughout the company grounds began. Shortly thereafter mr. Aguilar’s body was found fatally wounded.Agency
