On august 14, 1991, baltimore county police were called to an apartment complex in the 6600 block of collinsdale road, 21234 around 9:30 p.M. To check on the well-being of a tenant, steven mark haughton. Police were unable to make contact with steven and asked maintenance personnel to unlock the apartment door. Upon their entry, steven mark haughton was found deceased from a gunshot wound.Agency
