On july 7, 1999 at 0530 hours an employee of sandburg elementary school 18580 e. 3rd street arrived at the school. The employee observed the victim sitting inside a truck on the parking lot. When he noticed the victim still in the truck at 0815 hours he went to investigate. He discovered victim deceased sitting inside the truck. The vicitm had suffered a single gunshot wound.Agency
