On 11-21-2022 at approximately 0013 hours, officers responded to the area of 3515 virginia on a shot spotter activation. As the officers moved into the area, they were contacted by a uniformed security guard who stated a shooting had occurred at 1328 armour blvd. Officers located the victim lying in a common area of the aforementioned apartment complex suffering from apparent gunshot injuries.
