At approximately 9:39 p.M., officers were called to the 2100 block of phaup street for the report of a shooting. Officers arrived and found an adult male, christian, in an apartment down and unresponsive. He had suffered an apparent gunshot wound. Life-saving measures were attempted by officers and units of the richmond ambulance authority but he was pronounced dead at the scene.Agency
