Description: A Group Of Three Men, And A Confrontation Occurred For Unknown Reasons. The Two Men Initially Returned To Their Vehicle But Later Came Back To The Store In Search Of The Three Individuals. Both Groups Ultimately Located One Another In The Parking Lot, Where Multiple Shots Were Fired. All Parties Fled The Scene Following The Shooting.

On saturday, december 20th, 2014 at approximately 12:43 PM., police responded to the area of 67 lowery drive in the woodland apartments complex for a report of a suspicious vehicle which was occupied by two males. Officers arrived on scene and found one victim (nicholas riley), deceased from a gunshot wound. The other male was also located and transported to the christiana hospital where he was listed in critical condition and later survived.Agency
