On may 31, 2017, at approximately 2235 hours, officers were dispatched to a shooting in the area of 427 glendale road. Upon officers' arrival, they located bell with a gunshot wound to his chest, along with two others suffering gunshot wounds. Bell was pronounced deceased on scene by medics. There were several different descriptions of the type of vehicle seen leaving the scene after the shooting.Agency
