On 11/24/92, Rita Brisbon was found deceased near the railroad tracks off Pepper Ave. and the 10fwy. in Colton. The area was frequented by transients, who frequently rode the railroad box cars back and forth from northern California and Arizona. A black male adult transient named “DC” now believed to be approximately 40-55 years old was last seen with the victim. Detectives are seeking the identity of “DC” in order to question him about the murder.
